Food for the starving poor foundation is an endeavor to help
the ones deprived of even one full meal per day. Starvation and poverty are one
of the major problems in the world and they exist in every country. It is an NGO for food and hunger which works on
the grassroot level to fight the menace of hunger and starvation and work for
the betterment of humanity. FFSPF is a foundation which has come up to feed the
poor and eradicate starvation and its related causes from the society. It is a
non profit organization who instead of believing in donations and charity seeks
volunteers for joining hands and work towards this noble cause. Statistics
reveal the real story of world hunger
crises. In a world where technology and science has achieved remarkable
milestones, a person dies of hunger and starvation in every 3 seconds.
As an NGO for Food both
our vision and mission is to ensure that ‘No one should sleep hungry’. Not only
adults but this menace has struck children at an enormous rate. Problems such
as malnutrition and child hunger
pose a big threat to the society which should be fought against.
We not only help in the needy ones by supplying them with
nutritious food but also make them understand the various ways of earning a
livelihood and the importance of it. FFPSF aims to make them self dependent so
that they not only earn a living for themselves but also for their family. We
conduct various drives and programs to Stop
World Hunger. Our food for work projects guides the people on how to earn a
living and eradicate the problem of starvation and hunger.
